A visa is a legal document that proves that a person that owns it is permitted to enter and leave a certain country or territory. Even though one has it, still, the permission of the designated immigration officials upon the time of entry of the person will be needed. There are some countries that do not require it depending on the treaty arrangements. Among many countries, China seems to be a hot place in conducting businesses. Because of it, there are many people who want to have a china business visa.

Business visa belongs to the category of short stay which means that a person is only allowed to have short visits in the host country. This is given to individuals who want to engage commerce in the said country. Also, it can be given to foreign citizens who asked to go to China to conduct research and surveys in the fields of technology, science, sport and education. This is only valid for a certain period that will not exceed the duration of six months.

The application process will take quite some time. Before applying, prepare the right documents that will be required. This may avoid the hassle and delays in your application. One could also have their application processed immediately but in exchange for an extra payment.

Filling the application forms with right and consistent information will be the first step in the process. These forms can be asked from any Chinese Embassy near you. Make sure that you select the right type that you wish to apply for. Business visas in China are categorized under type F. You will be asked to submit a 2x2 photo, copy of your flight itinerary and the hotel accommodation you will be having. You will also be required to give a duplicate of the invitation letter coming from the company that is asking you.

This whole process may cost a lot. But they are not strict in their modes of payment. One can actually pay through cash, checks or even through cards. Regular processing fee cost cheaper than those that are being rushed. Fees may vary depending on the nationality of the applicants.

All applications are submitted personally. Those that are mailed are rejected easily. If you already prepared everything, bring the documents to a Chinese Consulate. Travel agencies can also do it for you in case you cannot make it.

If everything is already submitted, you will have to wait. It is best to apply months before your said departure so as to avoid delays. Their regulations may change without prior notice. It is best to be ready for any circumstance and do everything ahead of time.

Any person who is suffering from any diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS, leprosy and other mental disorders are not allowed to enter the territories of China. This is to avoid any infectious disease from spreading all throughout their territories. All countries even have such policy to ensure safety of their citizens.

China business visa can only be valid for thirty days. This means that anyone can stay in the country in the duration of thirty days upon the date of arrival. Penalties and fines await those people who disobey their rules.
